How to request account deletion

1. Email support@artspacesapp.com from the email address on your ArtSpaces account.
2. Use the subject line: ArtSpaces account deletion request.
3. Include your account email, display name, and whether you are a collector, artist, studio staff member, or organization owner.
4. We will verify ownership of the account and confirm when deletion is complete.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile details (name, email, phone, photos)
• Authentication credentials and sign-in identifiers
• In-app messages tied to your user identity
• Collector preferences and account settings stored for your user
• Artist or staff profile data stored for your user (where you are not required as an organization record owner)

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, security, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, for example:

• Purchase, payout, invoice, and transaction records needed for financial/tax compliance
• Records needed to investigate abuse, chargebacks, or legal claims
• Backups that are rotated and deleted on a normal backup schedule
• Organization-owned content (for example studio listings or show records) that other users still need to operate their organization — personal identifiers are removed or anonymized where feasible

Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Request deletion of some data without closing your account

You can also request deletion or correction of specific personal data while keeping your account. Email support@artspacesapp.com and describe the data you want removed. We will respond with what we can delete and any legal retention limits.
