Last updated: April 17, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Artspaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
Paid features may require a subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their applicable terms.
5. Intellectual property
Artspaces and its related content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
The service may include integrations or links to third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artspaces and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
12. Google Calendar and email extension terms
Some features require you to connect third-party services, including Google Calendar and our email extension workflows. By enabling these features, you authorize Artspaces to access and process the data required to perform requested actions, such as reading availability, creating or updating calendar events, or processing email content and metadata needed for extension functionality you initiate. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these integrations complies with applicable law, third-party terms, and any permissions you have from message participants. You may disconnect these integrations at any time by changing your account settings or revoking provider access.
