1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details, organization information, and content you create in the product. We also collect technical and usage information such as device data, log data, browser type, IP address, and interactions with our application.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process transactions, respond to support requests, communicate about product updates, maintain security, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process data under one or more legal bases including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, and communications), with professional advisors, to comply with law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and account status.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update account information through your profile or by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

9. Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Google Calendar and email extension data

If you connect Google Calendar, we access calendar information only to support scheduling features you request, such as viewing availability, creating or updating events, and syncing calendar entries associated with your Artspaces workflows. If you use our email extension, we process the minimum email metadata and content needed to provide extension features you trigger, such as composing, organizing, or linking email activity to your account records. We do not sell Google Calendar or email extension data, and we do not use that data for unrelated advertising. You can disconnect integrations in your account settings or by revoking permissions from your Google account.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where required.
