Delete personal data (keep your account)
Use this page to request deletion of some or all personal data associated with your ArtSpaces account without closing the account itself.
How to request data deletion
- Email support@artspacesapp.com from the email address on your ArtSpaces account.
- Use the subject line: ArtSpaces data deletion request.
- Describe the data you want deleted (for example: profile photo, phone number, messages, saved addresses, or other personal details).
- Confirm that you want to keep your account open. We will verify ownership and confirm what we can delete.
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Data that can typically be deleted
- Profile fields you no longer want stored
- Profile photos and similar uploaded personal media
- Phone numbers and contact details on your account
- Optional preferences and non-essential account settings
- In-app message content tied to your user identity, where deletion does not break another party’s required transaction record
Data that may be kept
Some data may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, security, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, including purchase, payout, and transaction records. Retained records are deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
